The Strom Thurmond Institute of Government and Public Affairs announces the signing of an Institutional Cooperation Agreement with the Universidad de Especialidades Turísticas June 5, 2002, Quito, Ecuador Since both institutions are involved in the development of communities, and that the Strom Thurmond Institute of Government and Public Affairs maintains a program of development named "Developing Naturally", and both institutions are interested in both promotion and cooperation in the development field: The Strom Thurmond Institute of Government and Public Affairs, and the Universidad de Especialidades Turísticas have signed an Institutional Cooperation Agreement to: 1. Help the development of social capital. 2. Enhance communities involved in natural development in different countries around the world. 3. Develop projects and programs. 4. Exchange, whenever possible, resources from both institutions.
