Community Leader's Letter is printed quarterly. It is the newsletter of the Community & Economic Development Program at Clemson University, a joint
program of the Strom Thurmond Institute, the Cooperative Extension Service, the
South Carolina Agricultural Experiment Station, the College of Commerce and
Industry, and Office of Public Affairs. Program offices are in the Institute's
facility on the Clemson University campus.
